Return Policy for purchases from the online store:

Within the US: After receiving your new Rob Allen bass you will have 2 days to check out the instrument and be sure that it is a good fit for you. If you are not totally satisfied in every way with your purchase, you can return the instrument for a full refund minus all shipping charges ($140 in the example of an Mb-2 bass).  Simply contact me to let me know you will be making a return and re-pack the instrument in the original carton and I will create a return label and email it to you.  The instrument must be in 100% of the condition received, if there are damages an evaluation will be done and a repair fee will be added.

*Regarding instruments with Cedar tops*, please note; due to the delicate nature of the Cedar wood and the thin oil finish, rough handling (or even sharp fingernails) can ding/dent/scratch the top (imagine a fine violin or cello here), therefore when you receive the instrument for evaluation, please keep this in mind! In the rare event of a return, if the instrument should become damaged there is a $400 refinishing fee. This is not so say the instrument is fragile, it is just that the Cedar wood will take a minor impression easier that maple, koa or walnut will, and it takes considerable labor to retore it to like new condition if this should happen.

Most shipments are done through USPS and sent priority, so typically a 3 day service for most locations in the US. A signature is required on all shipments due to the value. Sometimes UPS is also used, whichever is most suitable will be chosen.

Foreign orders: same 2 day approval period, and if there is a need for a return please contact me and arrangements will be made
